I didn’t need another leadership course. I needed this.

I used to beat myself up constantly as a leader.

Every awkward pause? My fault.Every team struggle? Obviously a sign I was failing.Even after wins, I’d think:“Do they actually respect me… or are they just being polite?”

“Guilt is feeling bad about what you did. Shame is feeling bad about who you are.”— Alex Hormozi

That quote cracked something open for me.Because I realized — I wasn’t just working hard...I was working from shame.

I didn’t need another leadership book.I needed to stop proving I was worthy — and start leading like I already was.

So I started asking myself:“Who am I doing this for?”My team?Or my inner imposter?

That question changed everything. It helped me stop spiraling. Start leading.

🎯 Want to try the shift that worked for me?

I made a shortcut for leaders like us.

It’s called the 10-Minute Leadership Playbook —and it shows you how to build trust, reduce fear, and lead with calm in just 10 minutes.

Because real leadership doesn’t start with a job title. It starts when you stop hiding and start showing up.

You got this.

P.S. Even if you’re leading a team of one (aka: you), this will make your days feel lighter. Give it 10 minutes and see what shifts.
